I had customs fees, what should I do?

Customs charges may occur upon receipt of the package if it exceeds CA$100. It is not an obligation to have one but you must take it into account before placing an order outside your country. Do not hesitate to contact your local post office to find out the current rates. Note that I am in no way responsible for these costs since they do not concern me: the costs are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.

My package is written as "Delivered" but I did not receive it.

Indeed, a package written as delivered means that it has been deposited in the recipient's mailbox.If this situation arises, contact your local post. Write to me based on the solution provided by them to ateliersaturne@gmail.com

My package has still not arrived, what should I do?

Do not panic, it is rare that packages get lost.First of all, it must be taken into account that with the current pandemic, the deadlines indicated are no longer really representative of the current situation. It is normal that the receipt of the package exceeds the indicated deadlines because even if the packages leave the workshop quickly, the management of the post office is out of my control.If you have not received your order within 30 days after shipment, write to me.

Europe - order return

If you are in Europe and wish to make a return of your purchase, you must contact me within 2 days of receipt. The item must not be worn or damaged. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Neither do any customs fees. Once the item is received, I will refund the price of the item. The original packaging and items in the order must be returned including the thank you card. Personalized orders on request are not subject to return given their personalized / unique nature
